When booking any waxing services, please allow for ¼ inch of hair growth (ie. 3-4 weeks of growth). Please exfoliate the area you are getting waxed 24 to 48 hours before the appointment as this will help prevent ingrown hairs from forming, and allow the hair to come out more comfortably. As well, please avoid hot water on the area that has been waxed for at least 12 to 24 hours. Please Note: If you have had a new tattoo, waxing services can NOT be performed on that area until it is completely healed, so please wait the required 8 weeks.

If you require Gel to be removed from your nails before your manicure or pedicure, extra time will be required. Please communicate this to me, when booking your appointment, within the message area provided. I offer free nail extension touch up if something happens within 48 hours. Past 48 hours it's a $15 touch up charge.
Please Note: I do NOT remove acrylic nails.
I do NOT have space for your classic Manicure/Pedicure and Hydrating Manicure/Pedicure polish to dry. If I have time to allow you to dry feel free to wait, but if I am back to back or running behind I do apologize. I do provide foam sandals if needed.

Please note: When coming for lash extensions and tinting services, please do not wear any makeup or you will be charged a $10 removal fee. Lash extension fills that exceed 40% lash loss are considered a full set.
Lash extension policy:
I have been very far and generous to all my lash people. But I have no decided to put in an automatic non-refundable deposit, I have have had so many loyal and dedicated lash clients, but I have had a few reschedule last minute, cancel, or even no show. This is how this works...
Full sets:
$25 non-refundable deposit
Fills:
$15 non-refundable deposit
So in order to book in for your lash extension appointment you have pay the deposit, and if you decide to cancel your appointment (with less then 24 hours notice) the deposit will be taken off the total then divided in half. Example 75-25=50 50/2=$25
